VACANCY
Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at Cali Resort and Spa in Paphos, as the Bar Waiter/Waitress and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
· Take orders and serve them according to the standards of the hotel.
· Cooperate with all service Team.
· Make recommendations or share additional information with the guests upon request.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversees cleanliness, and HACCP procedure.
· Serve beverages and food to guests at the bar and tables.
· Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the glassware and equipment.
· Ensure that all beverage and food items are presented according to hotel standards.
· Provide recommendations and answer questions about the drink and food menus.
· Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Job Requirements:
· A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a bar waiter in a 4* or 5* hotel.
· Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
· Exceptional guest service mindset.
· Pleasant personality with exceptional communication skills, team player.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Good knowledge in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
· EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
