Job Description

Gellissimo Lava Spot Limassol is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other hot & cold beverages.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments through the POS system.
• Maintain the coffee station clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Support the team with the daily operation of the store when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Languages: Greek (Mandatory), English (Mandatory)
