Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is currently seeking a skilled, energetic, and customer-focused Barman to join the team at GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Ensure the bar is never left unattended during service.
Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully prepared throughout each shift, ensuring all mise en place is completed before service.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the beverage menu and provide recommendations to guests.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
Prepare classic and custom cocktails while following the hotel's pricing policies.
Coordinate with service staff when supporting outdoor bar and beverage service.
Promote food, beverages, and special events to enhance the guest experience.
Monitor bar stock levels, verify deliveries from stores, and ensure the bar is replenished accordingly.
Prepare daily beverage requisitions to maintain appropriate stock levels.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Barman or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent command of both Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beverages, and responsible alcohol service is an asset.
