Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender-Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking food and drink orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide professional, courteous service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations.
• Process bills and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender, waiter, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktails, wines, and spirits is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Basic numeracy skills and experience handling cash and card payments.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Fluent in English & Greek. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
