This is a commercial role suited to a dynamic and results-driven professional with strong sales capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing brand presence in the market, managing client relationships, and driving overall brand performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of international fashion brands
Lead showroom appointments and present collections in a compelling and commercially focused manner
Drive sales performance and achieve agreed revenue and growth targets
Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client network
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams on brand positioning
Represent the company at international showroom visits, buying trips, and brand events (mainly in Italy)
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in sales, account management, or brand management (fashion industry experience will be considered an advantage)
Strong commercial mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in presenting
Strong interest in fashion and brand development
Willingness to travel internationally
Fluency in Greek and English
