As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who is passionate about technology, enjoys building relationships and thrives on turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in expanding our presence across Cyprus by:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Delivering engaging software demonstrations and tailored business solutions.
- Building trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Collaborating with our technical team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Representing BigChange Cyprus at business events, networking opportunities and industry exhibitions.
- Achieving ambitious monthly and annual sales targets.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is motivated, confident and enjoys helping businesses embrace technology.
Essential
- Previous experience in B2B Sales (Software, SaaS or IT solutions preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Cyprus.
