Business Lecturer
Job Description
Ledra College in partnership with the University of Sunderland is offering Bachelor and Master degree programs. Ledra College is seeking to employ a Business Lecturer for full-time or part-time employment.
Main duties:
The successful applicant will be expected to carry out teaching according to the standards set by the College and any other administrative duties required.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field
* A Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline (Doctorate will be considered an advantage).
* Previous teaching experience in Higher Education, preferably at undergraduate level.
* Strong knowledge of core business subjects such as Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.
* Experience in assessment design, marking, and providing constructive academic feedback.
* Ability to use digital learning platforms and educational technologies (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, MS Teams).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage teaching, administrative duties, and student support effectively.
* Professional industry experience in a business-related field will be considered an advantage.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Eligibility to work in Cyprus.
