About Prodyssey Solutions
Prodyssey Solutions helps organisations improve how they operate by connecting business processes, finance and technology.
Through our Business Transformation services, we work closely with clients to understand their operations, identify inefficiencies, redesign processes and implement practical technology-enabled solutions. Our work includes process mapping, workflow automation, finance-function optimisation, systems implementation, integrations, dashboards and management reporting.
We are currently working on a range of exciting client engagements and are looking for a motivated Business Transformation Associate to grow with our team.
The role
This is a junior position for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in understanding how businesses work—and how they can work better.
You will support business-transformation projects from the initial discovery stage through to process redesign and technology implementation. The role combines business analysis, accounting, problem-solving, technology and direct interaction with clients.
You do not need to be an expert in every area from day one. We are looking for someone with strong foundations, curiosity and the willingness to learn. Prodyssey is eager to invest in talented people who want to develop professionally and take on greater responsibility as the company grows.
What you will do
- Participate in client meetings and business-discovery sessions.
- Learn how different organisations, departments and finance functions operate.
- Interview stakeholders to understand their responsibilities, challenges and requirements.
- Map and document existing processes, procedures, workflows and approval structures.
- Identify manual work, duplicated effort, control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Help design improved processes and practical future-state workflows.
- Review accounting and operational information to understand how transactions and data move through a business.
- Support the implementation, configuration and testing of business systems, automations and reporting solutions.
- Work with tools such as Excel, Xero, InsightFlow, Remato and other suitable technology platforms.
- Assist with data analysis, reconciliations, dashboards and management reports.
- Prepare clear process documentation, project updates and client deliverables.
- Support user training and help clients adopt new systems and ways of working.
- Build trusted and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Attend client premises approximately two to three times per week, mainly in Nicosia.
What we are looking for
- A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or another relevant discipline.
- Between zero and two years of relevant professional experience.
- A good understanding of basic accounting and business principles.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
- A genuine interest in technology and how it can improve business operations.
- An open-minded attitude and willingness to learn new systems and ways of working.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- The confidence to ask thoughtful questions and engage professionally with clients.
- The ability to organise information and communicate it clearly.
- Attention to detail, personal responsibility and a proactive approach.
- Availability to travel regularly to client premises in Cyprus.
Progress toward an ACA qualification or another relevant professional certification will be considered an advantage, but is not required.
What we offer
- The opportunity to work on meaningful business-transformation engagements from an early stage in your career.
- Direct exposure to clients, business leaders and real operational challenges.
- Practical experience across business operations, finance, technology and data.
- Professional-development support and continuous learning opportunities.
- Guidance and mentoring from an experienced, multidisciplinary team.
- The opportunity to develop with a growing company and take on increasing responsibility.
- A hybrid working environment combining office, remote and client-based work.
- An entrepreneurial culture where ideas, initiative and curiosity are valued.
- The chance to contribute directly to how Prodyssey’s services, tools and team continue to evolve.
Why join Prodyssey?
At Prodyssey, you will not be limited to one narrow area of work. You will learn how businesses operate, how financial information supports decisions, how processes are redesigned and how technology is implemented in practice.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a broad professional skill set, contribute to exciting projects and grow alongside an ambitious team.
