Radisson Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Butcher to support our culinary operations by ensuring the highest standards in meat preparation, quality, and food safety.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, portion, trim, and store meat, poultry, and seafood according to hotel specifications.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage procedures.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor product quality and minimize waste.
• Assist the kitchen team with daily production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and hotel policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Butcher in a hotel, resort, or large catering operation.
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
