Call Centre Representative

Fetch is proud to be one of the first on-demand retail marketplaces in Cyprus. We're growing fast and we’re looking for talented individuals to grow with us.
We are currently seeking a Call Centre Representative who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in shaping their experience with Fetch answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and live chats
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy
- Provide detailed information about our products, services, and policies
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues when necessary
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM tools and general computer applications
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
