Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle preparation prior to rental handovers
- Conduct vehicle readiness checks and inspection checklists
- Ensure vehicles are clean, serviced, and presented to company standards
- Coordinate washing, detailing, mechanical servicing, and maintenance schedules
- Confirm vehicle deliveries and collections at designated locations
- Monitor fleet availability and allocation across operational needs
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments
- Support rental handovers and ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
- Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00-17:30, Wednesday 8:00-14:00, Saturday 08:00-13:00
Requirements
- Previous experience in fleet operations, vehicle rentals, customer support roles, or coordination roles preferred but not essential
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Valid driving licence
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
