Leptos Estates is seeking to recruit for one of its prestigious projects in Limassol (Limassol Park), an experienced:

Caretaker

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relations with the property owners and ensure that the project and services are up to standard
• Basic gardening, cleaning, maintenance and swimming pool care
• Cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool and common areas
• Undertaking minor repairs
• Prevent unauthorized entries
• Reporting to management

Key competencies:

• Previous experience or willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage crisis situations
• Courteous, honest and practical
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations
• Problem-solving abilities
• Multitasking skills and ability to pay attention to detail
• Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school level degree is required.
• Building, Engineering, hotel reception or Security qualifications are considered an advantage
• Fluency in English

Salary and benefits:

• Remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.
