Develop specifications for the machines and equipment of the hotel
Prepare Maintenance program
Collect, prioritize and delegate Repair Requests
Brief the Manager for pending and/ or planned work
Supervise gardening and swimming pool facilities
Ensure 24-hours maintenance support
Handle department’s Incident Reports
Carry out purchases for the department (spare parts, equipment etc.)
Monitor water quality and other testings
