Job Description

Comitela LTD is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution, coordinating all project stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with project specifications, building regulations, and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction schedules and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure all works comply with project documentation, technical specifications, and applicable building regulations.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of construction works.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly construction progress reports.
• Coordinate the delivery of construction materials and equipment.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and government authorities on technical matters.
• Monitor project budgets and construction costs.
• Prepare work completion certificates and verify completed work quantities.
• Participate in tender preparation, procurement, and construction contract administration.
• Maintain and control all technical and as-built project documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building technologies, and construction management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written) is required.
• Knowledge of Greek will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors simultaneously.
• Valid driving licence.

Mandatory Requirement

The candidate must hold a valid Republic of Cyprus Building Contractor Licence Class D or higher, authorizing the execution of construction projects with a total area of 1,000 m² or more.
