Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise all areas of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, restrooms and staff areas
• Follow cleaning checklists and schedules set by management
• Ensure floors are mopped, surfaces are wiped and trash is regularly removed
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and safely
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
• Comply with hygiene and health regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not required
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
• Good knowledge of Greek and/or English
