Η εταιρεία Terrasol Developments ζητεί να προσλάβει Βοηθό Επιστάτη/τρια Εργοταξίου για τα κατασκευαστικά της έργα στην Λεμεσό. 

Καθήκοντα

• Εκτέλεση όπου χρειάζεται και επίβλεψη των καθημερινών εργασιών στο εργοτάξιο.
• Εργασίες σκυροδέματος, τοιχοποιίας, επιχρισμάτων, δαπέδων και λοιπών οικοδομικών εργασιών.
• Συντονισμός εργατών, υπεργολάβων και προμηθευτών.
• Έλεγχος της ποιότητας και της σωστής εκτέλεσης των εργασιών.
• Έλεγχος εφαρμογής των κανόνων υγείας και ασφάλειας.
• Παρακολούθηση προόδου και σύνταξη καθημερινών αναφορών.
• Άμεση αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν στο εργοτάξιο.

Απαιτήσεις

• Γνώση βασικών κατασκευαστικών εργασιών και τεχνικών σχεδίων.
• Τήρηση κανόνων υγείας και ασφάλειας.
• Ικανότητες οργάνωσης, συντονισμού και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
• Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και καλή επικοινωνία.

Terrasol Development is seeking to employ an Assistant Site Supervisor for its construction projects in Limassol.

Duties

• Assist with and, where required, carry out and supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Perform general construction works, including concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, and other building works.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor the quality and proper execution of construction works.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.
• Identify and promptly resolve issues arising on site.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of construction works and technical drawings.
• Knowledge and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Good organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, reliable, and good communication skills.
