As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to join our team.

Position: Construction Site Supervisor

Location: Paphos, Cyprus

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction quality and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site operations.
• Report site progress and issues to management.
• Assist in resolving on-site construction matters.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction site supervision or a related role.
• Knowledge of construction processes and site safety.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Valid driving licence.
• Good command of English and Greek. Chinese will be advantage.
