Job Description
- To assist cooking of foods for the Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Room Service Banqueting to the required standard in accordance with the daily requirements of the Hotel.
- To assist with the preparation of the mis-en-place for the day’s requirements
- To ensure a strict control of wastage
- To ensure that kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times, strictly observing the hygiene regulations.
- To use all machinery in a safe manner.
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene at all times.
