Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of Professional Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Corporate Administrator, your duties will include providing day-to-day administrative support to the office, submitting annual returns and various changes to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, and maintaining organized filing systems and accurate office records. Our client is seeking applicants who possess prior experience in a similar position, ideally gained working for a professional services, legal, accounting, audit, or corporate services provider. You will need to be fluent in Greek and English, and be a confident user of MS Office applications. A competitive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, and working hours are from 08:00 – 16:00 from Monday to Friday.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the office.
  • Submission of company’s annual returns HE32 to the Registrar of Companies.
  • Submission of various changes to the Registrar of Companies.
  • Submission of company’s Beneficial Owners.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems and accurate office records.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a professional services, legal, accounting, audit, or corporate services firm.
  • Relevant diploma or degree will be considered an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.
