CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Advertising Agency with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a talented Creative Designer to join their growing team. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging visual concepts and creative assets for advertising campaigns across digital, social media, print, branding, and other marketing platforms. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field, who possess proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, preferably within an advertising agency or creative environment. You should be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, branding, advertising campaigns, and design execution, and be proficient with design tools including the Adobe Creative Suite. Fluency in Greek and English is required. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary, and working hours are from 08:30 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
• Create compelling and effective designs, print, and digital media.
• Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions.
• Ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs based on client and internal team requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, advertising, digital media, and emerging creative technologies.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, preferably within an advertising agency or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, branding, advertising campaigns, and design execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, motion graphics, video editing, or other creative tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
