As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with business clients, supporting their business growth while delivering tailored banking solutions.

Your Impact
Analysis of financial data and business plans to formulate sustainable financing proposals for new lending and/or negotiation of restructurings of existing facilities, achieve business development and maintaining/improving portfolio quality
Identifies growth opportunities, promotes the Group's products and services and conducts cross- sales to existing and new customers to satisfy customer needs and achieve objectives
Manages and resolves customer needs/questions/complaints and responds promptly to their requests to maintain a high level of service quality in accordance with the standards of the Group.
