As part of its ongoing commitment to service excellence, Kapnos Airport Shuttle is enhancing its Customer Service Department at Larnaca Airport and at its station in Nicosia.

We aim to develop a committed team of professionals that will support the company’s operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Company’s other stations to ensure timely departure of routes
• Selling and inspecting tickets
• Offer guidance and information about route options and schedules to passengers
• Passenger boarding and off boarding

Required Qualifications

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language
• Computer literacy
• Energetic and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Strong communication skills
• Team spirit and cooperative attitude
• Professionalism and reliability
• Excellent planning and organizational skills

Working Hours - Shifts

Employees can choose between two weekly schedules:

• 40-hour week: Pre-planned shifts with 2 days off per week
• 48-hour week: Pre-planned shifts with 1 day off per week
