As part of its ongoing commitment to service excellence, Kapnos Airport Shuttle is enhancing its Customer Service Department in Larnaca Airport.
We aim to develop a committed team of professionals that will support the company’s operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with the Company’s other stations to ensure timely departure of routes
Selling and inspecting tickets
Offer guidance and information about route options and schedules to passengers
Passenger boarding and off boarding
Required Qualifications
Excellent command of the Greek and English language
Computer literacy
Energetic and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Strong communication skills
Team spirit and cooperative attitude
Professionalism and reliability
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Working Hours
Employees can choose between two weekly schedules:
40-hour week: Pre-planned shifts with 2 days off per week
48-hour week: Pre-planned shifts with 1 day off per week
