Customer Support Officer (Insurance Department)
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team at MRIA Insurance as a Customer Support Officer in our Insurance Department. www.MRIA.cy
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing new client enquiries, handling policy renewals, and maintaining communication with our partner insurance companies. You’ll assist clients by providing quotations, following up on requests, and coordinating efficiently with our internal team to ensure a smooth and professional service experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle new client enquiries and guide them through insurance options and quotations.
- Communicate directly with insurance companies to obtain, compare, and follow up on quotes.
- Manage renewals, send reminders, and coordinate updates to policies and endorsements.
- Send payment and installment reminders to clients.
- Prepare and send proposals, endorsements, and cancellations to clients and insurance partners.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with the management team and colleagues.
- Provide ad-hoc reports or support for specific client service needs.
- Perform other relevant administrative tasks as required for the role.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of the English language (Greek is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, reliable, and committed to providing excellent service.
- Previous experience in client service roles or insurance will be considered an advantage.
