Dental Assistant

Location: Art of Advanced Dentistry, Nicolaou & Zavos Center, Eptanisou 28, Office 103, Limassol

Having recently relocated to our new, state-of-the-art facility, we are expanding our team to support the next generation of dental specialists.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced trained, highly organized, caring, and professional Dental Assistant to join our team. Working closely alongside our specialists, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every patient receives outstanding care and enjoys a comfortable, positive experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

·      Assist our dental specialists during a wide range of treatment procedures.

·      Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before each procedure.

·      Welcome and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.

·      Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control.

·      Take dental radiographs, including panoramic X-rays, in accordance with clinical protocols.

·      Provide patients with oral hygiene guidance and post-operative care instructions.

·      Accurately record and maintain patient information using electronic dental records.

·      Assist with appointment scheduling and patient coordination when required.

·      Ensure treatment areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

·      Adhere strictly to all infection prevention and health and safety protocols.

Requirements

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pleasant personality.

·      Fluency in both Greek and English is essential. Knowledge of Russian or additional languages will be considered an advantage.

·      A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a professional team.

·      Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

·      Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and knowledge of dental terminology and procedures will be considered a significant advantage.

·      Experience with dental practice management software is an advantage.

·      Ability to thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities.

·      A caring, compassionate, courteous, and patient-focused approach.
