Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a Leading Group operating across the industrial, marine, construction, logistics, and aviation sectors, is seeking to recruit a Design Engineer to join its team in Limassol.
Duties:
Design and develop 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering solutions for new, existing, and customised equipment
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, spare parts lists, technical specifications, certifications, and testing records
Ensure all designs and technical files comply with applicable engineering, safety, and quality standards
Collaborate with production teams on prototype development, testing, and the transition from design to manufacturing
Contribute to Research & Development initiatives focused on product improvement, performance, and functionality
Support the continuous improvement of machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes
Provide technical support throughout the design and production lifecycle
Perform any other related duties as required
Requirements:
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks
Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor will be considered an advantage
Previous experience in a Design Engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment will be considered an advantage
Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both written and spoken
