Job Description

Delfi Partners & Company is currently looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join their high performing team. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies. 
• Oversee the creation and management of an editorial calendar for consistent posting across all key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). 
• Manage and guide the creation, curation, and optimization of high-quality content, including images, videos, GIFs, stories, and written posts. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to ensure alignment of marketing activities. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, coordinating campaigns and ensuring measurable impact. 
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data to optimize results and ROI. 
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, and timely reporting on campaign spending. 
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate outcomes, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. 
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, integrating innovative approaches into strategy. 
• Perform additional tasks as required by Management. 

Requirements: 

• A relevant degree or qualification in advertising, digital marketing, media, or a related field.  
• At least 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a strong track record of driving engagement, growth, and brand visibility. 
• Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, execution, monitoring, and optimization. 
• Proficiency in both Greek and English (written and spoken). 
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills. 
• Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and the ability to derive insights for strategic decision-making. 
• Creative, proactive, and willing to think outside the box. 
• A team player who is motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
