Job Description

We are looking for a motivated all-rounder to support our growing e-commerce business in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

• Create social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and other channels
• Create graphics and short-form videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe
• Plan and manage social media channels and Meta Ads
• Maintain and operate our Shopify store
• Work on WordPress websites and affiliate projects
• Process and coordinate customer orders
• Coordinate deliveries with external transport companies
• Manage warehouse stock and customer collections
• Prepare smaller spare-part and wheel parcels for dispatch

What we are looking for

• Practical experience creating social media content
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe
• Good understanding of social media and online advertising
• Shopify experience
• WordPress experience is an advantage
• Good English; German and/or Greek is an advantage
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Comfortable combining digital work with occasional hands-on warehouse tasks

Work location

The position is based in the Paphos area. We offer a flexible working setup across home office, a coworking space, and our warehouse/office in Agia Varvara, depending on the tasks. Regular presence at the warehouse will be required for deliveries, customer collections, and stock management.
