We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to support our events throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist at registration pods and register attendees on-site
Manage crowds and direct attendees to the correct queues
Answer general event-related questions
Coordinate with box runners and clients
Escalate attendee inquiries to the Operations Team when needed
Scan QR codes on attendee badges
Requirements:
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
Professional and friendly attitude
Strong communication skills
Available to work a full event day
