Our Brand, Marketing & Eminence team is looking to recruit a dynamic and high calibre professional to join us as an Events & Market Relationships Coordinator, at the level of Senior Associate, based at our Nicosia Office.

The Team

Deloitte’s BME team is responsible for strategic marketing planning, ensuring that all communication and marketing activities are in line with Deloitte’s strategic growth and development objectives. The team acts as an internal communications agency, planning and directly overseeing all marketing and communication campaigns relating to firm branding, public relations, advertising, corporate event management, key sponsorship and strategic partnership initiatives, amongst other. The team also manages and executes the firm’s digital strategy across web, email, intranet and social media channels.
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic professional, passionate about corporate engagement and market impact, to drive our corporate events strategy, ensure flawless execution from concept to post-event analysis, and cultivate meaningful market relationships across the evolving Cypriot business landscape.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating, planning and executing end-to-end corporate events, from small scale events such as client networking company events, to coordination of sponsorships and participation, to large scale conferences and leadership summits.
- Developing event project plans, including detailed task lists, resource allocation, external vendor management, budgeting and conducting post-event evaluations and assessment to measure impact.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and senior management to define objectives, deliverables, and timelines for client relationship initiatives.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, addressing challenges, and adjusting for any changes in scope, schedule, or budget to ensure tasks are completed on time and expectations are managed appropriately.
- Acting as the the primary point of contact and as a ‘Brand Ambassador’, representing the firm at events, conferences, and similar gatherings, to elevate our market positioning and ensure a seamless experience for our participants.
- Ensuring all projects and events strictly adhere to brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards.
- Monitoring industry trends, best practices, and local market developments to uncover new partnership, event, and engagement opportunities.
- Engaging with key external stakeholders, business associations, industry bodies and others, nurturing long-term strategic relationships and developing new ones.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or related fields. Postgraduate degree and/or relevant qualifications will be considered an advantage
- 3-4 years of relevant experience as an Events, Marketing Project Manager, or similar role, in a corporate environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, adapt to changing priorities, manage resources, attention to detail ,and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite and an array of internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset that understands how events and other initiatives drive brand value and business growth
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written
- A confident, positive attitude, with the ability to work highly effectively both independently and as part of a team
