Job Description
On behalf of our client, a prestigious and dynamic Construction and Engineering company, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide high-level administrative and personal support. This role requires a proactive, highly organized, and discreet professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, phone calls, and sensitive information.
- Organize meetings and follow up on pending tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business documents.
- Liaise with clients, business partners, advisors, and external service providers.
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide administrative and personal support as required.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience 3 + years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and remain composed under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is considered an advantage.
