Job Description

Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of a client, a leading global accounting and consulting firm, is seeking to recruit a capable Executive/Senior Executive to join their professional Deal Advisory team in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, primarily of a financial and transactional nature, while supporting and overseeing project delivery as required.

Responsibilities

• Developing financial models for businesses across a range of sectors

• Conducting feasibility studies and preparing business plans

• Performing business, asset, and financial instrument valuations

• Conducting due diligence exercises in relation to potential transactions

• Preparing client deliverables and presenting findings to clients, investors and financiers

• Assisting in the preparation of teasers and information memoranda in support of sale mandates

• Contributing to market studies and research activities

• Participating in business development initiatives, including the preparation of client proposals

• Providing guidance and support to junior team members

• Assisting the TRI function with turnaround, restructuring, and insolvency services

 

 Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master's degree will be considered an advantage
• A professional qualification such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) will be considered an advantage
• Relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory Services
• Strong financial modelling skills
• A dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving
• High level of initiative and flexibility
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek languages

 

Remuneration
