Management (Full-Time Faculty) – Fall 2026–27

The Faculty of Business (FoB) at the American University of Beirut – Mediterraneo (AUB Mediterraneo) invites applications for a part-time faculty position in management for the Fall 2026–27 semester.

AUB Mediterraneo, located in Pafos, Cyprus, is the first twin campus of the American University of Beirut (AUB), founded in Beirut, Lebanon in 1866. Position Overview

The successful candidate will teach one or more of the following courses:

-       Management including: Family Business; Entrepreneurship; Human Resource Management; and Strategic Management

-       Marketing/Digital Marketing

-       Finance and Accounting

-       Business Law

-       Operations Management and Information Systems

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

-       A PhD, MA, or MS in a relevant field of study;

-       At least two years of university-level teaching experience in an academic setting or equivalent;

-       Native or near-native proficiency in English;

-       Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills;

-       Commitment to innovative, inclusive, and high-quality teaching.

Experience working with multilingual learners and familiarity with learning management systems and generative AI are highly desirable.

Work Authorization Requirement
Please note that this is a part-time position and AUB Mediterraneo is unable to sponsor employment visas or work permits for this role. Applicants must already possess the legal right to work in Cyprus at the time of application and throughout the appointment period.

-       Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience
