Job Description:
We're seeking a Farfetch Operations Admin to join our team, who will be responsible for the seamless processing of online orders, packaging, and maintaining inventory integrity across physical and online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Process online orders received through the Farfetch platform promptly and accurately.
- Package orders with care, ensuring items are securely wrapped and presented in accordance with our brand standards.
- Coordinate with other locations to fulfil orders by ordering stock as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, both physical and online, and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Organize and optimize physical inventory storage to facilitate efficient order fulfilment.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any customer inquiries or concerns related to orders and inventory.
Requirements:
- No previous experience in a similar role needed, but it will be considered a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and inventory management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed.
