Job Description
Ousai Properties Ltd is a Cyprus-based real estate development group specializing in property development, construction, and property management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
- With at least 4 years as Finance Director or equivalent senior role.
- Must have Cyprus local real estate/construction industry experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Cyprus tax system** (corporate tax 15%, VAT, CGT, SDC, etc.) and the impact of 2026 tax reforms; able to handle complex tax issues independently.
- Proficient in IFRS, strong analytical and budgeting skills
- Fluent English; Greek is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and integrity.
