Job Description

We are looking for a Finance & Reporting Coordinator to support the financial monitoring of our international branches.

This is a mid-level role for someone with strong finance knowledge, good attention to detail, and the ability to understand the bigger picture behind the numbers.

What you’ll do:

• Review branch accounts, budgets, cash flow, and projections
• Monitor the preparation of branch budgets, cash flows, and financial forecasts
• Monitor financial performance across different branches
• Check reports for accuracy, gaps, or unusual figures
• Compare actual results with budgets and highlight key differences
• Review financial plans and business plans for new projects
• Follow up with branch managers, accountants, and finance teams
• Prepare financial summaries for management
• Help identify risks, cost issues, and areas that need improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting
• Good understanding of budgets, cash flow, and financial statements
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Critical thinking and a proactive approach
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Very good English skills, as the role involves working directly with branches in different countries
• Comfortable communicating and working with people from different cultures
• Ability to work independently and handle information from different branches
