We are looking for a Finance & Reporting Coordinator to support the financial monitoring of our international branches.
This is a mid-level role for someone with strong finance knowledge, good attention to detail, and the ability to understand the bigger picture behind the numbers.
What you’ll do:
Review branch accounts, budgets, cash flow, and projections
Monitor the preparation of branch budgets, cash flows, and financial forecasts
Monitor financial performance across different branches
Check reports for accuracy, gaps, or unusual figures
Compare actual results with budgets and highlight key differences
Review financial plans and business plans for new projects
Follow up with branch managers, accountants, and finance teams
Prepare financial summaries for management
Help identify risks, cost issues, and areas that need improvement
What we’re looking for:
Experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting
Good understanding of budgets, cash flow, and financial statements
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Critical thinking and a proactive approach
Good communication and follow-up skills
Very good English skills, as the role involves working directly with branches in different countries
Comfortable communicating and working with people from different cultures
Ability to work independently and handle information from different branches
