Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Process accounting transactions, including supplier invoices, payments, bank transactions and journal entries.
• Prepare and issue customer sales invoices and ensure they are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare month-end accounting schedules and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements and intercompany balances.
• Maintain accounting records and ensure all transactions are properly supported and recorded.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate unusual transactions and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and efficient accounting processes.
• Support the Financial Controller with day-to-day accounting activities and other finance-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience will be considered an advantage).
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
