Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Floor Supervisor at Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Hotel & Spa
Duties & Responsibilities
To distribute the floor workload fairly among the staff. To supervise works to cleaners and maids in order to achieve maximum cover.
To check daily that all public areas including restaurants, offices and staff areas, pool areas, and conference rooms have been cleaned to the standards of the hotel.
To inspect cleaning of guests’ rooms, arrival, departures and vacant clean rooms, same as, suites and VIPs. Το assist the room attendants when ever is needed.
To complete room’s status report, and reports irregularities to the Head of Housekeeping Department.
To ensure that the lost and found procedure is implemented.
To liaise with Technical Department for damages and other works to be done.
To ensure the established cleaning aids and materials are used for the proper jobs and to use correct quantities.
To check Housekeeping equipment and machines are maintained and in good working order.
To liaise closely with the Reception, Maintenance, Linen Room to ensure proper and on time preparation of guest rooms.
Qualifications Requirements
Knowledge of Greek or English language and computers
Graduated from hotel school or hospitality management
