Responsibilities

 • Organizing and coordinating construction and finishing works on site

 • Managing construction teams (builders, finishers, plumbers, electricians)

 • Monitoring deadlines and project progress

 • Ensuring high quality of works

 • Coordinating with in-house designers and engineers

 • Managing material deliveries

 • Solving operational issues on site

 

Requirements

 • Proven experience as a site supervisor / foreman

 • Experience in residential construction projects

 • Strong understanding of construction and finishing processes

 • Ability to manage teams

 • Ability to read drawings and technical documentation

 • Responsibility and strong organizational skills

 • Conversational English required

 • Russian language is a strong advantage
