Alesium is a Cyprus-based startup laboratory founded in 2008. The team behind the lab built Depositphotos, Crello — now VistaCreate — Lightfield Productions, Bird in Flight and hooh.ai. We build focused teams around products with real operating potential.
We are opening a new fintech and trading-products direction and forming its founding team. We are looking for a senior market practitioner to become its Founding Product Manager / Dealer.
The role blends product leadership with first-hand understanding of trading, dealing, execution, risk and the daily workflows of serious market participants. You will work directly with founders, design and engineering from the earliest stage: helping decide which problems are worth solving, translating real market experience into product priorities, and testing whether the product is genuinely useful in practice.
What you will lead
• Turn real trading and dealing workflows into clear product priorities
• Define practical standards for information quality, decision support, execution awareness, risk and usability
• Work with product, design and engineering to turn observations into well-scoped product decisions
• Test workflows, identify friction and edge cases, and explain their market impact
Who we are looking for
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a trader, dealer, trading-product manager, risk or trading-operations professional
• Strong knowledge of market structure, order execution, position management and risk discipline
• Experience with professional trading platforms and clear product judgement
• Ability to explain decisions, trade-offs and limitations to a cross-functional team
• Working English is required; Ukrainian or Russian are welcomed advantages
• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week
Limassol, Cyprus · Part-time · Hybrid / office-first
We welcome candidates residing in Cyprus, another EU member state or the United States. Our preferred arrangement is regular part-time work from the Limassol office. An exceptional remote candidate may be considered with reliable overlap with Cyprus working hours.
What we offer
• €2,500–€3,200 per month before applicable taxes and statutory deductions
• Paid working session and initial paid trial

• Scope may grow into a broader founding role as the product and team develop; any future participation is discussed separately and is not part of the initial contract.
