4Seas International Ltd is seeking an experienced Freight Sales Professional with a proven background in Sea Freight / Air Freight to develop new business and build a strong portfolio of customers.
This is an entrepreneurial sales opportunity designed for professionals who already understand the freight forwarding industry and have the ability to generate business through existing relationships, networking, and new customer acquisition.
You will have the freedom to focus on sales and business development, while 4Seas provides the operational infrastructure and expertise required to manage your customers' shipments from quotation through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Generate new Sea Freight and/or Air Freight business.
Develop and manage your own customer portfolio.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate freight solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
Negotiate with customers and secure profitable business.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for additional business.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
Contribute to the continued growth and development of the company's customer base.
