Job Description

We are looking to recruit a professional, discreet and highly organised Front Office & Executive Administration Officer to join our Head Office team in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and partners, while also providing administrative and personal assistant support to the Management Team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished and professional presence, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, clients and partners in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and general correspondence
  • Manage the reception area and ensure the Head Office environment is always well-presented
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Management Team
  • Assist with calendar coordination, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Prepare, organise and file documents, reports and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal departments, boutiques, suppliers and external partners
  • Support the organisation of meetings, internal arrangements and office requirements
  • Assist with general office administration and daily operational tasks
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, front office, receptionist or personal assistant role, with a minimum of 3 years.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Very good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • High level of discretion, reliability and attention to detail
  • Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
