On behalf of our client, an innovative and rapidly growing AI technology company based in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Full Stack Developer to join its expanding team.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and improving the company's software platform. Working closely with product and leadership teams, you will transform ideas into high-quality software solutions while contributing across both frontend and backend development.

This position is ideal for a highly motivated developer who enjoys working in a collaborative startup environment where innovation, ownership, and continuous learning are part of everyday work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
• Build and enhance frontend and backend components using modern technologies
• Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions for new product ideas
• Integrate third-party APIs, AI services, and emerging technologies into the platform
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best development practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to continuous product improvement
• Stay up to date with modern development frameworks, tools, and AI technologies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong experience with modern frontend and backend technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and system integration
• Experience building scalable web applications and software products
• Ability to quickly develop functional prototypes and iterate based on feedback
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative startup environment
• Passion for software engineering, innovation, and emerging AI technologies
• Excellent command of the English language

What the Company Offers

• Annual salary of up to €40,000, including 13th Salary, depending on experience and qualifications
