We are Gaming Cafe Limassol, part of an established international gaming franchise network with more than 20 operating venues across Europe.

We don’t just operate gaming venues — we create spaces where gamers can compete, connect and build real communities.

Our Limassol location is now open and operating, and we are entering the next stage: growing the venue, expanding our community and building a strong local team.

ABOUT THE VENUE

Our Limassol location is a modern gaming and esports venue featuring 46 high-performance gaming PCs and 4 PlayStation 5 setups.

The venue has a modern, distinctive design and is built for both social and competitive gaming. Guests come to play games such as Valorant, Counter-Strike, Fortnite, EA FC and many more, while enjoying snacks and drinks in a social gaming atmosphere.

And the concept is already working.

During our first week after opening, we successfully hosted two tournaments with a full house, showing strong demand for gaming events and competitive play in Limassol. We have already built a large pool of returning customers who regularly come back to play, socialize and participate in our community.

It’s all about gaming, energy and community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is not just an operations role — it’s a community role.

• Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere
• Manage daily venue operations
• Act as the face of the location
• Communicate with customers in both Greek and English
• Actively talk to players and help them connect and find teammates
• Build and grow the local gaming community
• Help organize and support tournaments and gaming events
• Solve problems quickly and manage multiple tasks at once

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

For this role, personality comes first.

The three most important qualities:

Extrovert energy — you genuinely enjoy being around people
Charisma — people naturally like and trust you
Gaming experience — you understand gaming culture and its communities

Additionally:

• Greek and English are both required
• At least an intermediate conversational level in both languages is necessary to communicate comfortably with customers
• Experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, bars or other customer-facing roles is highly valued
• Deep knowledge of a particular competitive game and its community is a major advantage
• A basic understanding of PCs and gaming hardware is helpful

WORKLOAD & COMPENSATION

Starting rate: €7 gross per hour

The final rate may depend on experience and interview performance.

Exceptional candidates may be considered for a higher rate.
