Job Description

DTA Group seeks for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Webmaster to support the visual promotion of our real estate projects while ensuring our website runs smoothly, securely, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials (billboards, presentations, brochures)
• Design visuals for social media, website, and digital campaigns
• Maintain and apply company branding across all materials
• Improve project visuals (floor plans, maps, infographics)
• Enhance 3D renderings and prepare files for print
• Update and maintain website content
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality
• Identify and resolve errors, bugs, and technical issues
• Manage hosting, domains, and website infrastructure
• Support basic SEO improvements and analytics tracking
• Ensure website security and regular maintenance

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills with attention to detail
• Experience in marketing, branding, or digital design
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Experience with AI design tools (e.g., image enhancement, generative tools)
• Basic knowledge of web technologies, CMS platforms, and hosting
• Understanding of SEO principles and website analytics
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Creative mindset with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
