Web Theoria is currently seeking a Graphic & Digital Designer to join our team in Larnaca.

Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics and visual assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging static and animated social media posts, Reels assets, digital advertisements, and other visual content.
• Develop and maintain company branding, logos, brand identities, and marketing materials.
• Design modern website layouts and UI elements in collaboration with the web development team.
• Edit, retouch, and optimise photos and graphics for web, social media, and digital marketing.
• Design brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials for digital and occasional print use.
• Organise and maintain digital design assets and project files.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to transform ideas into creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Required candidate profile

• BSc / MSc in Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field.

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & Lightroom).

• Experience creating static and animated social media content, Reels assets, and digital marketing creatives using Canva, CapCut or similar applications.

• Strong graphic design, branding, typography, layout and visual communication skills.

• Good understanding of modern web design principles and UI design.

• Excellent photo editing, retouching and image optimisation skills.

• Highly creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about producing high-quality work.

• Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a professional attitude.

• Fluent in Greek and English (spoken & written).

• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office.

• Photography and videography skills will be considered an advantage.

• Previous experience in a digital agency or similar role will be considered an advantage.
