Position Overview:
We're looking for a talented Graphic & Multimedia Designer who lives and breathes creativity, visual storytelling, digital culture and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, multimedia or motion design, together with the curiosity and versatility to create impactful work across digital, social, video and integrated campaigns.
You'll work alongside one of Cyprus' leading creative teams, developing campaigns for high-profile local and international brands while contributing ideas from concept to final execution.

Responsibilities
· Develop creative concepts and high-quality visual executions for digital, social media, advertising and integrated campaigns.
· Design engaging graphics, multimedia content and visual assets across multiple platforms.
· Create motion graphics, short-form videos and digital assets for social media and online campaigns.
· Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Digital and Client Service teams throughout every stage of a project.
· Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
· Ensure consistency and excellence across all visual communication.
· Explore and leverage emerging creative technologies to enhance ideation, production and creative excellence.
· Stay up to date with design trends, AI creative tools, motion design techniques and emerging digital platforms.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
Requirements
· 2+ years' professional experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or a similar creative role.
· Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or equivalent professional experience.
· Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
· Experience with Premiere Pro, Figma, AI-powered creative tools or similar platforms will be considered an advantage.
· Strong understanding of digital-first design, social media content and motion graphics.
· Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
· Strong attention to detail and typography.
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
· Team player with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
· Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
· Passion for creativity, innovation and continuous learning.
