Guest Experience Specialist (Seasonal)
We're looking for a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team for the 2026 season.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Every day brings new challenges, so we're looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and confident working independently while also being a supportive team player.
As part of our Guest Experience team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth and memorable stay while supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing property management business.
Your Role
You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service while working closely with property owners and internal teams to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Communicate professionally with guests and property owners via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Manage booking enquiries and day-to-day operational requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve maintenance and property-related issues promptly.
- Support seamless guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Resolve problems efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Build positive relationships with guests and property owners.
- Take ownership of your daily responsibilities and contribute to the smooth running of operations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with people from different backgrounds.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is an advantage but not essential.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
What We Offer
- Seasonal position until the end of December
- Net salary: €1,200 per month
- 5-day working week
- Rotating 8-hour shifts:
- 09:00–17:00 (Office)
- 15:00–23:00 (Remote)
- Flexibility to request preferred shifts or days off where operationally possible
- Public holidays paid at double rate
- 13th salary
