Head of Sales
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts and commercial agreements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals to maximize performance.
- Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance business performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and long-term client retention.
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and KPIs.
