Head of Sales
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Negotiate and close high-value contracts and commercial agreements. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals to maximize performance. Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and customer acquisition strategies. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance business performance.
