Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess/Host to join the team at GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the restaurant's operations and procedures to confidently assist guests.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.
• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, paying particular attention to guests with disabilities or special requirements.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus where applicable.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, addressing any concerns or complaints professionally.
• Liaise with the kitchen, restaurant management, and service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Support promotional activities and participate in special events when required.
• Operate cash machines and POS systems accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar hostess or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• A welcoming, positive, and cheerful personality.
• Outstanding communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
