Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and assist the housekeeping team in cleaning and maintaining properties.
· Ensure properties meet Phaedrus Living’s cleanliness and quality standards.
· Transport housekeeping staff to different properties using the company car.
· Plan and manage the housekeeping schedule to meet check-in deadlines.
· Train and support the housekeeping team.
· Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and linens.
· Report maintenance issues and damages to management.
· Assist in cleaning when necessary to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Keep track of working hours and support stock-taking activities.
· Perform other relevant assignments as requested.
Requirements:
· Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
· Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent time management and organization.
· Commitment to delivering the highest quality to the client.
· License: EU driving license required.
